For the competitions, music notes such as the original edition and two copies are required.
It is recommended that you come to Bamberg the day before the first competition to familiarize yourself with the organizational aspects.
The competition office is located at Musikhaus Thomann.
A meeting with the organizers of the competition in Bamberg will also be possible on the evening before the first audition. The location of the meeting will be announced soon.
The warm-up before the competition is possible around 45 minutes before the audition and will take place in 3 phases:
Phase 1 – 15 minutes in a preparation room (practice pad)
Phase 2 – 15 minutes warm-up on an instrument that is unknown to everyone: Musser 500
Phase 3 – Warm up on the competition instrument (Yamaha, Adams, Studio 49) The length of the warm-up is the same as the length of the round.
